Everything you need to know about turnaround, minimum quantities, design and printing techniques.

How long does production of graduation shirts take?
Once the final design is approved, production takes about 1 week (printing). For orders of 100 pieces or more, allow 2–3 weeks. Express printing from 1 business day is available on request — get in touch early so we can plan around your deadline.
Is there a minimum order quantity for graduation shirts?
Our volume pricing starts at 50 pieces. For smaller quantities (e.g. just 20–30 shirts), simply contact us directly — we’ll prepare a custom quote for you. We never turn down a request without naming you a fair price first.
Can we send in our own designs?
Yes, absolutely! We prefer vector files (.SVG or .AI) — they give the best print results. You can also send us sketches, ideas or finished PNG files (min. 300 DPI). If needed, we’ll prepare the artwork for you.
Which garments can you print graduation shirts on?
We print on almost all common textiles: cotton, polyester, blends, hoodies, sweatshirts, t-shirts, tank tops and more. You can send in your own garments (+€1.50/pc) or we source the textiles for you — we have access to large wholesalers at fair prices.
Print or embroidery — what do you recommend for graduation shirts?
That depends on your design. DTF printing is ideal for colorful, detailed artwork and photos. Vinyl (HTV) printing works well for crisp lettering and logos. Embroidery looks especially premium on caps, jackets and polo shirts. For graduation shirts we usually recommend DTF printing for the back and either print or embroidery for the front logo.
What’s the best way to collect sizes and orders across the whole class?
The easiest way: one person from your graduation committee collects all sizes in one list (Excel or simply via messenger) and sends it to us in one go. Not sure which sizes fit? Order our blank sample pack in XS–3XL beforehand and let everyone try them on — that saves you exchange chaos later. Before production starts, you’ll receive a digital mockup for approval.
