Frequently asked questions

Do you only offer these t-shirts, polos and hoodies?
No — these 9 sets are a curated entry selection with fixed, transparent prices, not our complete assortment. In total we have access to over 3,800 textiles (jackets, caps, sweatshirts, business shirts and many more t-shirt, polo and hoodie models in all colors and sizes). Looking for something else? Just write to us — we'll prepare a custom quote for you.
How long do production and delivery take?
After you approve the mockup, we usually produce within about 1 week (printing); for larger quantities from 100 pieces, please allow 2–3 weeks. Then shipping within Germany takes 3–5 business days, international shipping by arrangement. Pickup in Kassel is possible. Do you have a fixed date (event/festival)? Tell us right away — express production from 1 business day is available on request.
Will I see what my logo looks like before printing?
Yes. You never go into production “blind”: we create a free digital mockup of your design on the chosen garment for your approval. On request you can additionally receive blank samples of the textiles beforehand to check the quality (sample costs are credited when you place your order).
Up to what quantity do the displayed prices apply?
The tiered prices apply up to 100 pieces. For larger quantities (250 pieces and more) we agree even better prices individually — just write to us.
Are these all the options, or is something custom possible too?
These sets are an entry-level offer with fixed, transparent prices — not a limitation. Custom decorations (e.g. the full front, the sleeve or multiple print positions) are just as possible with us; for those we prepare a personal quote.
Why is embroidery sometimes cheaper than chest logo + large back print?
Because “chest logo + large back print” consists of two separate print positions (setup is charged twice), while the embroidery is a single position. Embroidery remains our premium decoration in terms of quality — longer-lasting and with a more premium feel than print.
Are these net or gross prices?
All displayed prices are net prices per piece, plus statutory VAT.
