The most common hurdle in club orders is not the design — it is the size list. Our tip: one person collects sizes and names bindingly (a simple spreadsheet is enough), and only then does the enquiry go out. We produce according to your list from kids’ sizes up to 5XL, mixed in one order, and on request with a name or number per piece. Whoever joins after the season starts gets their piece produced individually — the specs stay on file with us.

The design decides the technique: a full-colour club crest with gradients is DTF-printed — strong colours, stretchable, even on dark hoodies. Back numbers and player names go onto the jersey classically as flex print, and for coaches’ jackets or committee polos, embroidered decoration pays off — it still looks sharp after years of club life. Everything is made in our workshop in Kassel — among others, we have outfitted JSG Fuldatal this way.

Timing-wise you should plan for: a quote within 24 hours, then a digital mockup for approval, then production — print orders take about 1 week, larger quantities a little more.
