When most people say “flock my jerseys”, they simply mean: names, numbers and a logo on the jersey. Which technique is actually behind it is a side issue — and that’s exactly where we advise you.

Real flock is the velvety, tangibly raised option. For classic player names and back numbers, however, we mostly use vinyl (HTV) printing — smooth, stretchy and especially wash-resistant, permanently applied to polyester with the transfer press. For club crests and sponsor logos in full color we use DTF printing. You just tell us what should go on — we pick the right process. No jargon required.

What does “flocking a jersey” actually mean?
In club jargon, “flocking” (German: “beflocken”) usually just means getting names, numbers and a logo onto the jersey — regardless of technique. Real flock (velvety fibers) is only one of several options. We usually apply names and numbers with vinyl (HTV) printing (smooth, stretchy, long-lasting) and advise you on whether flex, DTF or real flocking suits your jersey best.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. Whether it’s a single jersey with a name and number or a complete jersey set for the whole team — we produce without a rigid minimum quantity. For larger quantities there’s tiered volume pricing.
Can you print each player’s own name and number?
Yes. Every jersey is decorated individually with name, back number and — if you like — club crest and sponsors. Just send us your name and number list.
How wash-resistant are the numbers and names?
With proper care (wash inside out, 40–60 °C, don’t iron on the print), flex and flock prints last many seasons. We exclusively use high-quality sports transfer films — made for frequent jersey washing.
Do you also print on jerseys we already have?
Yes, we generally decorate jerseys you bring in — as long as the material is heat-resistant enough for the transfer press. If in doubt, bring a sample piece and we’ll take a look. Alternatively, we can source suitable jerseys for you as well.
Which clubs and teams from the region do you work with?
We decorate for sports clubs, football and handball teams, amateur squads, company teams and fan clubs from Kassel and all of northern Hesse — e.g. from Vellmar, Baunatal, Melsungen, Hann. Münden, Göttingen and Marburg. Personal consultation and pickup right on site.
