Embroidery is the oldest and, at the same time, most premium form of garment decoration. With modern machine embroidery (also called CNC or computer-controlled embroidery), your logo or design is stitched into the fabric with millimetre precision — using hundreds to millions of individual stitches, depending on the size of the design. Before we can stitch your artwork, it has to be digitised, a process known as punching: the original artwork is traced to define the path for the embroidery machine. Important: we cannot embroider colour gradients — designs should consist of clearly separated solid colour areas.
What can be embroidered? Basically anything with a stable, flat stitching surface: polo shirts, t-shirts, hoodies, jumpers, softshell jackets, fleece jackets, work jackets, caps, snapbacks, beanies, bags, backpacks, towels, smocks and uniforms. You can send in your own garments by post or drop them off at our workshop in Kassel.
Logo embroidery for companies and clubs: Whether it’s corporate apparel with your embroidered company logo, club jerseys with your crest or custom caps with your design — we bring your ideas to life. We create the embroidery file (digitised design) from your artwork. Vector files (.SVG, .AI, .EPS) are ideal, but high-resolution PNGs work too.
