In accordance with the GDPR, the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the German TDDDG (formerly TTDSG)

The controller within the meaning of the GDPR is:

2. Hosting & Technical Infrastructure

This website is operated on our own, self-managed virtual private server (VPS) and served directly from there. We rent the server infrastructure from Hostinger International Ltd. When you access our website, the web server automatically creates server log files that may contain the following information:

  • IP address of the requesting device
  • Date and time of access
  • Name and URL of the retrieved file
  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system
  • Referrer URL

The log files serve to ensure trouble-free operation and to defend against attacks, and are not merged with other data sources. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website). A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Hostinger as processor; it forms part of the terms of use accepted when the contract was concluded.

3. Cookies & Consent Banner

Our website uses cookies. Technically necessary cookies are set on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. For non-essential cookies (analytics, marketing) we obtain your express consent via a consent banner in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future — most easily via the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer of this website, which reopens the consent banner. If you switch to "Necessary only", tracking cookies that have been set are deleted. You can additionally delete cookies in your browser settings. Please note that disabling cookies may affect the functionality of the website.

We log the choice you make in the consent banner in anonymised form (time, choice made, banner version, approximate country) on our own server in order to be able to demonstrate that consent was given or withdrawn (accountability, Art. 7(1) GDPR; legal basis Art. 6(1)(c) and (f) GDPR).

4. Our Own Cookie-Free Reach Measurement

To improve our services, we additionally measure the use of this website with our own, cookie-free analytics solution running on our own server infrastructure (endpoint: stoff3.latikan.com). Only usage data without direct personal reference is collected: page viewed, referrer URL, campaign parameters (UTM), screen width, scroll depth, clicks on contact buttons (e.g. phone, email, "request a quote") and the start of a form entry.

No cookies are set and no cross-site or cross-device usage profiles are created. To group a single visit, only a randomly generated session identifier is stored in your browser's sessionStorage, which is automatically deleted when the browser tab is closed. The data remains on our own infrastructure and is not passed on to third parties. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in privacy-friendly reach measurement without third-party trackers). You can object to this processing at any time (Art. 21 GDPR), e.g. by email to info@stoff3.de.

5. Google Analytics 4

This website uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID: G-46NT5PQE6W), a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Analytics sets cookies and transfers data to Google servers in the USA.

Google Analytics is only loaded if you have consented to the use of analytics cookies (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). We have activated IP anonymisation. A data processing agreement has been concluded with Google Ireland. Transfers to the USA are based on the European Commission's adequacy decision on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45(1) GDPR): Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; in addition, the European Commission's standard contractual clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR) are used. Further information can be found in Google's privacy policy ↗.

You can prevent data collection by Google Analytics by revoking your consent or by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on ↗.

6. Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel)

We use the Meta Pixel (pixel ID: 7251365574930962) on our website, an analytics tool provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland.

The Meta Pixel enables us to track user behaviour after a click on Meta ads and to create audiences for future advertising (retargeting). It is only activated if you have consented to the use of marketing cookies (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

In doing so, data may also be transferred to servers of Meta Platforms, Inc. in the USA. The transfer is based on the European Commission's adequacy decision on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45(1) GDPR): Meta Platforms, Inc. is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. This also applies to the Meta Conversions API described in Section 7.

Further information on data processing by Meta is available at: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/explanation ↗

7. Meta Conversions API (Server-Side Conversion Measurement)

In addition to the Meta Pixel, we use the Meta Conversions API of Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland. When an enquiry form is successfully submitted, our server (not your browser) transmits a "Lead" event to Meta so that we can measure the effectiveness of our advertising.

The data transmitted comprises event data relating to the form submission (event type, time and a randomly generated event ID used for deduplication with the Meta Pixel) and — only if you have consented to the use of marketing cookies — Meta's own cookie identifiers (_fbp/_fbc) for campaign attribution. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR insofar as cookie identifiers are processed, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in measuring the success of our advertising). You can object to this processing at any time (Art. 21 GDPR), e.g. by email to info@stoff3.de.

If you reached our website via a Google Ads advertisement, we also record the click identifier passed on by Google (e.g. "gclid") when the form is submitted, in order to attribute enquiries to our advertising campaigns (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

8. LinkedIn Insight Tag

We use the LinkedIn Insight Tag (partner ID: 5783058) of LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland, on our website. The Insight Tag provides us with reports on the effectiveness of our LinkedIn ads (conversion tracking) and enables the creation of audiences for future ads (retargeting). Data such as the URL of the page visited, referrer URL, IP address, device and browser properties and timestamps may be processed, and cookies may be set.

The Insight Tag is only loaded if you have consented to the use of marketing cookies via our consent banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can revoke your consent at any time via the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer. Data may also be transferred to servers of LinkedIn Corporation in the USA. The transfer is based on the European Commission's adequacy decision on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45(1) GDPR): LinkedIn Corporation is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; in addition, standard contractual clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR) are used.

LinkedIn members can additionally object to the use of their data for advertising purposes in their LinkedIn account settings: LinkedIn opt-out ↗. Further information can be found in LinkedIn's privacy policy ↗.

9. Fonts (Locally Hosted)

For the uniform display of fonts, this website uses the Inter typeface. The font files are hosted locally on our own server. No connection to Google servers (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com) or other third-party providers is established when the fonts are loaded; no data is transmitted to third parties in the process.

10. Contact Form & Enquiries

If you contact us via our contact form or by email, we store your details (name, email, phone, message) to process your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries).

The data is not passed on to third parties without your consent and is deleted once your enquiry has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations require otherwise.

11. Your Rights as a Data Subject

Under the GDPR you have the following rights vis-à-vis us as the controller:

  • Right of access: Art. 15 GDPR — you can request information about the data we hold about you.
  • Right to rectification: Art. 16 GDPR — we will correct inaccurate data at your request.
  • Right to erasure: Art. 17 GDPR — you can request the deletion of your data, provided no retention obligations apply.
  • Right to restriction: Art. 18 GDPR — you can request that the processing of your data be restricted.
  • Right to object: Art. 21 GDPR — you can object at any time to the processing of your data based on legitimate interests.
  • Right to data portability: Art. 20 GDPR — you can request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Right to withdraw consent: Art. 7(3) GDPR — consent you have given can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.

To exercise your rights, please contact: info@stoff3.de

12. Right to Lodge a Complaint with a Supervisory Authority

The supervisory authority responsible for Stoff³ Textilveredelung is:
