The requirement

Piper Deutschland AG was looking for high-quality, heavyweight hoodies for 500 employees — with a clear target price. Not a cheap mass import, but a product that reflects the company's identity and performs in daily use. The requirements: 350+ g/m² fabric, 3D embroidery, premium feel.

What is the minimum quantity for B2B orders?
In our B2B segment we recommend minimum quantities from 30 pieces so the terms remain economical. Need fewer? Take a look at our fixed-price packages from 10 pieces — or use our regular service from 1 piece.
Do you offer framework agreements for recurring orders?
Yes. If your company has a regular demand, we are happy to set up a framework agreement. It secures fixed prices, prioritised production capacity and simplified ordering throughout the contract year — reordering then takes nothing more than a short email.
How long is the lead time for large orders?
Standard orders of up to 500 pieces are delivered within 7–14 working days after order confirmation. For larger runs we agree the delivery time individually. Express production is available on request.
Can I order a sample before placing a large order?
Of course. Through our sample service you can receive one or more sample pieces for quality checking before the main order. The sample costs are credited when you place the order.
How does a B2B enquiry actually work?
You send us the quantity, your preferred textiles and your logo via the form (ideally a vector file, but a PNG works too). Within 24 hours a dedicated contact person gets back to you with a quote and a technique recommendation — embroidery, DTF or vinyl (HTV) printing, depending on textile and design. Before production you receive a digital mockup for approval; only then do we start.
Can I visit you in Kassel and see samples in person?
Gladly. Our workshop is at Dennhäuser Str. 116 in Kassel, Germany — you can look at textile samples, feel the embroidery quality and discuss your project with us directly. A quick call or email beforehand is all it takes.
