A typical corporate order with us looks like this: you send us your logo (ideally a vector file — SVG, AI or EPS — but a clean PNG works too) and tell us how many people need outfitting. We then recommend textile and technique. For most companies it comes down to embroidered polo shirts and softshell jackets: the logo goes on the left chest, on jackets optionally also large on the back. Embroidery runs on our industrial Tajima TMEZ — the same machine on which we produced 500 employee hoodies with 3D embroidery for Piper Deutschland AG.
Why embroidery so often instead of print? Corporate clothing gets washed constantly — and an embroidered logo is just as present after the 50th wash as on day one, while simple prints eventually fade. With over 300 thread colours we can match your CI colours quite precisely. Only for gradients or photorealistic designs do we switch to DTF printing — it handles millions of colours and works on dark textiles too. More details on the embroidery technique are on our embroidery page.
Before production you always receive a digital mockup for approval — nobody orders blind with us. On request we send you blank samples of the textiles first, so you can check fit and fabric quality yourself. After approval we deliver standard orders in 7–14 working days; pure embroidery orders take about 2 weeks including digitising (converting your logo into an embroidery file). And because we store all specs, reordering for new colleagues later takes two minutes.
